Pizza Can Give You a Healthy Dose of Magnesium
Who would have thought it, but in some nutritional circles pizza is actually recommended as a food rich in magnesium. This does not apply to each and every pizza that you will find, it of course only applies to ones that have certain toppings. For example there are ingredients such as anchovies, baked beans, fish and many others that all have a healthy amount of magnesium in them. This is not to say that eating pizza every day is a good idea, more that it is something that there is no harm in including in any diet where magnesium is seriously taken into consideration. It is often the case that people look at having to get more vitamins and minerals into their diet a real chore, and imagine the foods that they need to eat to do this as being bland and boring.
